Quality Assurance Policy

Workwear Express specialise in the stockholding, supply and customisation of workwear, corporate wear and team wear including embroidery, screen printing, associated artwork production and the provision of garment design and managed contract services.

 

To do this successfully, our overall approach must be underpinned by correct and appropriate systems and procedures that ensure a right first-time response to our client’s needs. All employees are required to comply with the quality policy, the ISO9001 based quality management system requirements and procedures and are responsible for the quality of their own work.  Their contribution to the effective working and continuous improvement of the quality management system and business processes will be sought. To achieve this, we will develop an environment that recognises their contribution to the business and encourages their development and involvement.

 

Workwear Express is committed to complying with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and ISO 9001. As such the policy:

 

  • Requires the setting and reviewing of Quality and Business Objectives, which derive from an analysis of the needs of interested parties, internal and external factors, mitigating actions and the performance of key processes.
  • Includes a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements (customers, legislative, statutory).
  • Commits Workwear Express Ltd to continually improve the Management System

 

Workwear Express is also committed to continually improve upon its quality performance. As a measure of continual improvement, quality objectives will be established, planned and reviewed. We will also comply with any specific legal requirements in relation to the product or service we supply
