Yes. Embroidery and print are both available. A setup charge applies the first time a new logo is prepared for production. After that, repeat orders using the same artwork carry no additional fee. You’ll receive a proof for approval before any production starts.

Yes. Men’s, women’s, and unisex cuts are available, with extended sizes in selected styles. Chef whites and healthcare scrubs have their own dedicated sections with sector-specific fits. For security, slim fit styles in darker colours are popular and available across several brands.

Plain, unbranded items can be returned within 28 days in original condition. Personalised kit can’t be returned. If you receive the wrong item, contact our customer support team and we’ll resolve it. For large team orders, ordering a plain sample first to confirm sizing avoids most fit issues.
