T-Shirts FAQs

Yes. Most of our t-shirts can be personalised with print or embroidery. Our team will recommend the best branding method based on the fabric, design, and how the garment will be used – so it looks sharp and lasts.

No minimum order at all. You can order a single t-shirt or kit out an entire team, event, or workplace - total flexibility.

Absolutely. You can mix sizes, colours, and even different t-shirt styles within the same order, making it easy to suit everyone on your team.

Production lead times are shown on each product page and typically start from artwork approval. Larger or more complex orders may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Yes. We always provide a visual proof for approval for any new artwork before production begins, so you can sign off logo placement, sizing, and colours with confidence.

Yes, with the right fabric. Polycotton styles handle daily wear, repeated washing, and the rough treatment that trade and site environments dish out - they're not delicate. If conditions are really harsh and the t-shirt is going to take a proper beating day in, day out, embroidery is worth considering because the branding genuinely outlasts print in that kind of environment. But for most trade applications, a decent polycotton tee with a quality print does exactly what it needs to.

No minimum. Be it one, ten or two hundred, the process is the same. Bigger orders bring better unit pricing, which is worth knowing for larger teams, but there's no threshold you need to hit before we'll take the order. Useful for new starters, small event batches, or topping up a few pieces without placing a full team restock.

We do. Brands like AWDis and Tri Dri make performance t-shirts actually built for managing sweat and airflow during physical work (not just labelled 'breathable' on a product listing and left at that). They hold their shape through frequent washing and take branding well, too.

Yes, and t-shirts are one of the better garments for it. The flat surface takes colour, gradients, and detailed artwork well, and everything's produced in-house at our Durham facility so consistency across the whole run isn't a concern. For simpler logos, embroidery gives a clean result too.

Very much so. Lightweight styles work well for events, front-of-house hospitality, and promotional runs. They’re comfortable enough that people actually want to wear them, and they take branding cleanly without looking like an afterthought. And with no minimum order, you're not stuck over-ordering to hit a threshold.
