Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric for a premium, durable finish that works well for uniforms and everyday workwear. Printing applies your design onto the garment surface and is often better for larger or more detailed logos. The right option depends on your logo design, budget and how the polo shirts will be used.

Embroidery is usually the preferred choice for work uniforms because it offers a professional look and long-lasting finish that stands up well to regular washing. Print can be a good option for promotional use or where logos are large or highly detailed. If you're unsure, choosing embroidery is typically the safest option for most businesses.

Yes, you can order a mix of sizes while keeping the same logo and branding across all garments. This is common for team orders and helps ensure a consistent, professional appearance. We recommend selecting one polo style across all sizes to keep colours and fits aligned across your team.

For workwear, yes. Embroidery gives polo shirts a raised, textured finish that reads as genuinely smart rather than just stamped with a logo. More importantly, it holds up through repeated washing in a way print doesn't always do quite as well, which matters when the same polo is going in the machine two or three times a week.

Very. The design is stitched into the fabric rather than applied on top of it, so there's nothing to fade, crack, or start lifting at the corners. Our polo shirts are also sourced from top workwear brands, meaning they’re built for regular, heavy-cycle laundering and the base fabric holds pace with the branding.

Polo shirts might be the most versatile uniform piece there is, so yes. Plus, we stock different collar styles, weights, and fits; from smart options for client-facing corporate roles to more relaxed cuts for retail floors and events. We have a wide colour range, too, so matching your brand palette is usually straightforward.

Yes. Alongside your company logo, you can add individual names, job titles, or department labels to selected garment. This is really useful for customer-facing teams where identification matters, or just where you want the uniform to feel a bit less anonymous.

We do. Polycotton and performance options give a good balance of breathability and durability for physically active roles (warehousing, logistics, outdoor site management…), and anything with sustained movement through the shift. Pro RTX and Uneek are solid picks in this space; they hold their shape over time and don't go baggy after a few months of real use.

Embroidery is stitched into the fabric. It’s tactile, long-lasting, and best suited to logos and cleaner designs. Print sits on the surface, making it better for larger artwork or designs with fine colour detail that embroidery would struggle to reproduce accurately. For day-to-day workwear that gets washed regularly, embroidery lasts longer. For promotional pieces or shorter-term use, print is a smart, cost-effective option.
