Jackets FAQs

Yes. Most of our jackets can be personalised using embroidery, DTF or print transfers. The best method depends on the fabric and jacket type, and our team will guide you to the most durable, professional finish.

No minimum order. Whether you need a single jacket or a full team rollout, you can order exactly what you need. Larger quantities also usually benefit from better unit pricing.

Absolutely. You can mix sizes, colours, fits, and even different jacket types within the same order – ideal for teams with varied roles or preferences.

Production lead times are shown on each product page and begin from artwork approval. Heavier garments and seasonal demand can affect turnaround, so we recommend checking the product page if you’re working to a deadline.

Yes. A digital proof is always provided before production begins for any new artwork, allowing you to confirm logo placement, sizing, and colours with confidence.

Embroidery is best for thicker jackets. The thread gets woven directly into the fabric, so it doesn't peel off after heavy use the way surface print can on thicker materials. If your logo has fine colour gradients or a lot of detail, though, or if you’re customising a material like hi-vis, print handles it better. If you’re unsure, send us your artwork and we'll tell you which way to go.

Yes, and this is what embroidery is made for. The thread is woven into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so there's nothing to crack, nothing to lift, nothing to catch on a scaffold fitting and start pulling away. You can put an embroidered jacket through months of construction shifts, offshore rotations, or outdoor work in all weather and the logo still looks the part. Print just doesn't have that kind of staying power on heavy outerwear.

Yes, and if anything, this is where they're most at home. Our range includes softshells, waterproofed parkas, padded options, and fleece-lined styles from Helly Hansen, Portwest, Regatta, Carhartt and Snickers  and other brands that actually know what a wet January on a building site feels like, rather than brands making outdoor leisure gear and calling it workwear. Add your logo and your team shows up looking like a team.

Depends which you pick, and our range spans a lot of ground. At one end you've got lightweight softshells, fine for mild conditions or layering. At the other, heavily insulated, seam-taped waterproof parkas built for spending the whole working day outdoors in a British winter. A lot of the more serious options have breathable membranes too, because a jacket that traps sweat and soaks you from the inside is arguably worse than no jacket at all.

Yes, to the chest, back, sleeves… all of it. Small front chest plus large back print is the combination most site teams go for, since people are spotted from behind as often as they're face to face, and usually from some distance. Add your logo positions in the basket and our artwork team will handle the rest.

Most personalised jackets are with you in 5-7 working days. Some styles also have 24-hour dispatch available if you're up against a deadline (check the product page or just call us). One thing worth knowing: busy periods can stretch the standard window a bit, so if you've got a hard date, tell us early and we'll work backwards from it.
