Plain hi-vis garments (without logos or personalisation) can be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Personalised hi-vis items are made to order and are non-returnable unless a fault is identified.

Yes, but placement matters a lot. Branding has to stay off the fluorescent panels that contribute to a garment's EN ISO 20471 visibility class rating. Cover that material and you reduce the certified surface area, which can drop the garment's class. Our team handles this positioning as standard, so your logo goes where it works without putting compliance at risk. 

Yes. We stock hi-vis across Class 1, 2, and 3 visibility ratings, and for rail specifically we carry styles certified to RIS-3279-TOM (the UK rail industry standard). Portwest and Leo Workwear are reliable options for both, and some of our selection can be branded without touching the compliance status.
