Why the Lighthouse Construction Charity?

Did you know that every single working day in the UK two construction workers take their own life? Or that stress, anxiety and depression accounts for 20% of all work-related illness? We believe that those going through injury, mental health problems or illness in the construction industry shouldn’t suffer in silence. We also think that there isn’t enough being done for our workers to deliver support and safeguard our workers and our families. Lighthouse Construction Charity share and embody these views, and that’s why we’ve created the Viggo Hi-Vis Vest in collaboration with our charity partner.

Who is Viggo Venn?

Viggo Venn is a Norweigian comedian who is best known for winning the 16th series of Britain’s Got Talent in 2023. Perhaps most importantly to us, he is known as our “Hi Visibility Intern.” Why you ask? Check out the video below.
