Plain, unbranded gear gets delivered in 1-5 working days. Branded orders are ready in 5-7 working days from artwork approval. The artwork proof process (proof sent, confirmed back) typically takes 24-48 hours from order placement.

Personalised garments can’t be returned since they’re made to order. Plain, unbranded items can be returned within 28 days. If you’re outfitting a team in specialist kit for the first time, ordering a plain sample to confirm fit is the best way to avoid issues on a full branded run.
