Xerox - Case Study

The Introduction

Xerox is the largest document management corporation in the world producing a wide range of equipment such as printers, photocopiers, digital printing presses and much more. Founded in 1906, Xerox currently employs over 140,000 staff in over 180 countries and generates in excess of £12 billion each and every year. In addition to the range of products and services they provide, Xerox has also made huge strides in reducing carbon emissions as well as preserving biodiversity and forests across the globe.

The Requirements

Workwear Express were approached by Xerox in 2011 to produce a number of garments for their staff at their print room in Uxbridge, West London. The garments needed to be of a high quality to withstand the tasks the members of staff had to carry out each day while still positively enforcing the Xerox corporate image.

The End Product

We initially provided Xerox with a sample order so they could see the quality and fit of the garments prior to placing a full order. Following this, we then placed Xerox on to our managed account platform. This provided them with a dedicated account manager and enabled them to purchase all of their required garments through their own online portal. They could also manage their stock levels and assign new users with specific access to certain purchasing restrictions. Due to the successful growth of the relationship we now supply not only Xerox based in the UK but also in the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands with all their workwear requirements.

We are very proud to be able to work so closely with such a world renowned company on a regular basis and look forward to grow this relationship.
