The Requirement

Started in September 2011, popular chat show The Jonathan Ross show has been an ever present part of ITV’s Saturday night scheduling for a number of years. The laid back chat show regularly pulls in over 3 million viewers per episode and features an impressive guest list which has included Tom Cruise, David Beckham, Rihanna and many more famous names from the world of film, television and sports.

Workwear Express were approached by Hot Sauce TV, a television production company that produces the show and was actually set up by Jonathan Ross and his wife Jane Goldman, to produce a number of embroidered tote bags and caps containing The Jonathan Ross Show logo. It was important to the client that the embroidered logo exactly matched how The Jonathan Ross Show design is presented on screen, including all of the sparkles it contains and was delivered to a specific timescale.

The Solution

In order to find the right garments which suited all of Hot Sauce TV’s requirements, we showed them the wide selection of bags and caps we offer, providing a professional insight as to which we feel would be suitable for the type of embroidery they required and they style they were looking for. Once the garments were chosen, a swatch sample of The Jonathan Ross logo was embroidered on to a piece of fabric and sent to the client so they could see and feel how the logo will be once embroidered on to the caps and bags. The sparkles requested within the initial brief were easily replicated through the addition of white embroidery included within the lettering. Once embroidered, the garments were securely packaged and delivered to Hot Sauce TV’s premises within the required timescale.
