Money Supermarket - Case Study

The Introduction

With the ability to compare everything from insurance, travel and credit cards all the way to broadband and mobile phone costs, Money Supermarket has grown to become the biggest price comparison website in the UK. The site has also gained wide recognition for its popular TV adverts featuring stars such as comedian Omid Djalili and rapper Snoop Dogg. Originally founded in 1993 by Simon Nixon, Money Supermarket is now an established fixture on the London Stock Exchange, bringing in a yearly revenue in excess of £200 million.

The Requirements

Workwear Express were approached by Money Supermarket in 2013 to produce a number of printed t-shirts to be used as part of the promotional campaigns the website had planned. The t-shirts needed to fit the corporate image that the company had projected across other mediums to ensure audiences were able to instantly recognise the Money Supermarket brand.

The End Product

We provided Money Supermarket with a selection of our best selling garments that offer the highest level of quality while also having all of the colour variations that they required. To ensure that the designs were exactly as the client envisaged, we placed the t-shirt designs into a digital format and sent them through to Money Supermarket so they could give approval for all of the garments to be placed into production.

Money Supermarket were so happy with the garments they received that they then placed multiple orders for more printed t-shirts.
