When it comes to computer hardware, there aren't many better companies on the market than Alienware. A subsidiary of Dell, Alienware has grown a global reputation as one of the leading suppliers of computer hardware supplying a range of notebooks, desktops, gaming consoles and accessories. Launched in 1996 and named after the cult sci-fi show “The X-Files,” Alienware has also made great strides in brand recognition through the sponsorship of various sports, events and online gaming platforms.
Workwear Express were approached by Heaven Media, a media company working with Alienware, to produce a range of Alienware t-shirts to be used in a number of contests and promotional events that the media agency had planned in order to further boost Alienware’s brand recognition. In addition to the strict deadline due to the promotional calendar they had planned, the only other requirements from Heaven Media were that the t-shirts were black, to go with Alienware’s brand style, came in various sizes and had plenty of space on both front and back to print the required content.
Due to the size of the order, we first checked to make sure that we had enough stock in all the necessary sizes to enable the garments to be printed. Once the stock and artwork was confirmed by our suppliers and Heaven Media respectively, the order, which was in excess of 800 t-shirts, was then printed via our screen printing machines. The success of the t-shirts and popularity with the public lead the media agency to place repeat orders across successive months, leading to over 3,500 total t-shirts bring printed and distributed to Heaven Media on behalf of Alienware.
