Workwear Express now offer no minimum order for printed T-shirts thanks to their new Direct to Garment T-shirt printer.
We can now print full colour designs onto T-shirts with no set up fees, no design constrains and a fast turnaround from as little as 1 T-shirt per design.
By investing in a DTG machine, Workwear Express has increased T-shirt production capacity to 2,000 T-shirts an hour.
Direct to Garment printing is the latest technology in T-shirt customisation.
Much like an ink jet printer, the Direct to Garment machine prints a digital design directly onto a garment with specially formulated inks which are set with a heat press. A digital design is output straight from a computer and onto the garment via the DTG printer.
