How can we do this?

We buy and import garments in huge quantities, dealing direct with manufacturers and cutting out the middle man. Many years ago we decided that the best way to stay ahead of our competitors was to invest in state of the art embroidery, screen print and transfer machinery and offer a comprehensive service to our customers.

Our purpose built state of the art factory in Durham City is fully equipped with over 60 modern automatic embroidery heads, manual and automatic screen printing equipment and numerous transfer heat presses, and runs six days a week around the clock. It is perhaps the leading facility of it's type in the UK and you are more than welcome to visit us and see it for yourself.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the most popular method of applying a logo or design to garments. Using an embroidered logo not only gives a quality, durable finish; it can also be used on almost any fabric ensuring a great result.

NO MINIMUM ORDERS

Maximum 15 colours. Embroidery is priced by stitch count. For logo set up, it's a one-off £25. Then it's priced at £1.25 per garment (per position).

Our state of the art embroidery department, one of the biggest in the UK, can apply your embroidered logo at a rate of over 15,000 embroidered garments a week. Larger orders can be supplied from our overseas partner factories.

Screen printing

Ideal for large logos/designs, screen printing is the perfect solution to printed T Shirts and commonly used as a promotional tool. Minimum order 20, maximum eight colours. Screen printing is priced by the amount of colours in a design. The pricing is £25 set up per colour (or screen). The cost to apply the design to each garment is 95p for one colour plus 60p for every additional colour.

Our screen printing department consists of small manual machines for small volume and intricate jobs and large automatic machines for high volume jobs. We can print up to 1000 t-shirts an hour on our automatic machines!

Heat Seal Transfers

Printing onto specially treated paper, we can re produce your logo design, promotional design or custom design with stunning effects such as glitter, reflective and 3D. Our heat seal transfers are also useful when you want the effect of screen printing but don't have the volumes to do so.

We can produce batches of heat seal transfers for you and store them for you, then "heat seal" apply them to your garments when you place an order, no minimum order. 

Digital Transfers

Ideal for low volume runs our digital transfer machine produces outstanding, colourful, apparel decoration, with photorealistic graphics regardless of viewing distance.

Built to the manufactures standards for precision imaging it can provide up to 1440x720 dpi resolution and delivers truly breathtaking output with beautifully smooth and accurate colour.

CAD Cut Transfers
