As a forward thinking company we always improve the way we operate, whether that means increasing market share, driving down costs to remain competitive, managing risk more effectively or improving customer satisfaction. Our ISO 9001 Quality Management system gives you, the customer, the assurance that we monitor and improve performance in all areas of the business. ISO 9001 is by far the world’s most established quality framework, currently being used by 1,064,000 organizations in 178 countries worldwide, and sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. It helps us succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.
The ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that sets out how we put in place an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). The standard is designed to address the delicate balance between maintaining profitability and reducing environmental impact. This standard enables us to achieve both objectives.
This means that we can identify aspects of Workwear Express that impact on the environment and understand those environmental laws that are relevant to our situation. We always think ahead and produce objectives for improvement and a management programme to achieve them. We have regular reviews for continual improvement.
